the start to a larger project based on characters and doodles. interactive. they are all ceramic pins.

I am on this kick of sounds and with my sculptures I have been relating words describing sounds with blunt, recognizable imagery. I have been mostly using primary colored glazes to allow the work to be easily interactive with the viewer, not in a physical since, but to allow the narrative to stay at an uncomplicated level. I want there to be a narrative with the simplest combination of imagery and text.







These pieces are part of an installation where I will be littering a gallery space full of doodles like these.ce full of doodles like theses.
